This company & their employees were truly amazing to work with! We held a big company event in Anaheim, CA. More than 1200 people attended. So, we needed over a dozen electric scooters at the venue for the weeklong event. The owner, Rasha, accompanied the delivery of our order to ensure everything went smoothly. She made sure we had multiple ways to contact her and stressed that we should reach out at any time for any reason, no matter how small. We did end up having an issue with one of the scooters, and even though it was the fault of the user forgetting to charge it, and then taking it off the property, where it died. She still had the dead scooter picked up and provided a new one in less than an hour! Then they even delivered the original scooter back to us at the venue! But then, a few days later, DashMobilty Scooter Rental demonstrated herculean effort to help us with an absolute disaster!

Motorized wheelchair was great! It got me all over both Disney parks. Super easy to use & just the right size. It was waiting at my hotel when I arrived and when we checked out I just left it there for pick up. So simple.

Renting a scooter for Disneyland from DashMobility was awesome!! My daughter's pregnancy was at risk. She wouldn't have been able to come with the rest of our extended family. The Scooter was delivered and picked up at the time of our choosing to the address of our Airbnb. It worked out perfectly! Thank you Rasha B and DashMobility!
